OVERVIEW

Willow Vale Legal Services is a family owned and operated law firm, located in Quakertown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, that provides legal documentation services to clients. Each legal document is generated by an attorney licensed in the state in which you reside. However, our document-creation Services should not be considered a substitute for a meeting with an attorney for an in-depth review of your case, which may reveal intricacies and problems associated with your unique factual situation that will not be addressed or discovered by our Services. If you seek representation beyond a legal document creation, are involved in or expecting litigation, or have complex legal concerns, you should retain a traditional attorney to work on your case.

1. Privacy Policy. In order to generate your legal documents, you will be asked to provide personal information in a questionnaire, application, form or similar document or service. This information will be protected from disclosure to third parties, shall be subject to attorney-client privileges, and shall not be sold, traded, or otherwise given away at any time. We will not use or disclose information about you or information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies or parties without your consent. We do not rent, sell, or trade any of our mailing lists.

2. Ownership. This Site is owned and operated by Willow Vale Legal Services. All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, and images (the "Materials") are owned either by Willow Vale Legal Services or Jake W. LaForet, Esquire. Except as otherwise expressly provided by us, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way and nothing on this Site shall be construed to confer any license under any of Willow Vale Legal Services’ intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. Willow Vale Legal Services does not sell, license, lease or otherwise provide any of the Materials other than those specifically identified as being provided by Willow Vale Legal Services. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Willow Vale Legal Services.

3. Governing Law; Venue. By using this Site, you expressly agree that your rights and obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its choice of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or Materials shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Pennsylvania, and in the County of Bucks. You and Willow Vale Legal Services agree exclusively and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

4. ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE. Your use of our Site does NOT by itself create an attorney-client relationship. The purchase of our Services does create an attorney-client relationship limited to the creation of the legal document(s) you request. Upon delivery of the completed documents to you, the relationship shall end. However, any confidential information you reveal during the course of the relationship will remain protected in total confidence.

5. NOT ADVERTISING. The materials contained on this website may be considered advertising in your state. Willow Vale Legal Services will not represent anyone residing outside our “operating jurisdictions” (as defined within this document), nor do we have any intent to advertise outside our jurisdiction. As a consequence of the Internet’s trans-border nature, we cannot control the geographical regions where this website is “broadcast.” Hence, any viewing of this website in a state or jurisdiction not within our operating jurisdiction shall not be construed as a solicitation or advertisement of service.

6. Security and Email Communications. You may contact us by e-mail or via electronic internet forms. However, if you communicate with us about a matter in which we do not represent you, you should not send us confidential or sensitive information by e-mail because your communication will not be treated as privileged or confidential. If you communicate with us by e-mail about a matter in which we already represent you, keep in mind that the security of unencrypted e-mail is uncertain and you accept that risk of inadvertent disclosure, which may jeopardize the confidential nature of the communication. We do not accept any duty to reply to inquiries.

7. NO WARRANTY. WILLOW VALE LEGAL SERVICES MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT. WILLOW VALE LEGAL SERVICES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED VIA THE SITE. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL WILLOW VALE LEGAL SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (I) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, (II) ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH OR FACILITATED BY THE SITE; (III) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITE, THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CONTENT, (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF WILLOW VALE LEGAL SERVICES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, WILLOW VALE LEGAL SERVICES’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.

9. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Willow Vale Legal, and our employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site and the Materials.

11. OPERATING JURISDICTION. The operating jurisdiction of this website and our law firm are: PENNSYLVANIA and NEW JERSEY.
